You will be given code to add to your site so Google can track all the traffic information and statistics on your site.

Now you will need to install the Google Analytics tracking code to your site.

You can do it in two ways:

• Manually
• Using a plugin

Add Google Analytic tracking code manually to your site:

  • Login to WordPress admin panel
  • Click  “Editor” under the “Appearance” box to the left hand side of your admin panel
  • Select index.php or footer.php under the Templates
  • Look for the code </body> in either index.php or footer.php depending on how your theme has been coded
  • Once you find the code </body> simply copy the entire Analytic code on top of  </body>
  • Click Update file to save the changes

The only problem with manual installation is that when you change your blog theme the tracking code gets lost so it is better to use a WordPress Plugin to tackle this problem so you can switch themes without re adding the tracking code.

The concept is you open a Google Analytic account with one email account and create multiple profiles for your multiple sites, dont see the need for multiple email accounts unless u got multiple Analytic accounts and you want to have one site under each account. never tried that before. What about you go an do it and let us know how did that go?
